Is there a minimum age requirement to enter the event?
Due to the nature of the event, we do recommend that all particpants are aged 6 and over. All children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult on the course and have a signed disclaimer completed prior to starting the event. There is no age limit on this event.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The postcode NN11 6LW will take you to Highfield Farm, if you are driving from A425 (Staverton/|Daventry) you will need to travel just over 100 yards and you will find Long Furlong Farm on the left hand side. There is parking available at the event, there is no charge for parking but do ask visitors to respect that this is a residential farm and you will need to park at the designated area and take any litter/clothing from site.
What do I need to take with me?
Please make sure that you dress appropriately for the event, you will need lots of warm layers for after your run. You will also need to take a black bag with you, to put your muddy clothes and trainers into.
Hot and cold refreshments will be available fo purchase.
You will also need to take your disclaimer with you, this will be emailed to you 48 hours before the event, alternatively you can download the document from here, to ensure the registration process runs smoothly, please complete this prior to registration.

What is the refund policy?
We are unable to provide refunds. Depending on the circumstances and notice provided, it is the organisers discretion on transferring your place to another Muddy Furlong event.
Do I have to bring my printed disclaimer?
Having your disclaimer with you on the day, helps with the registration process.
Is it ok if the name on my registration doesn't match the person who attends?
No, as long as the disclaimer is in the correct name with the corresponding signature. If you are transferring your place, please contact the organisers in advance, so that they can amend their records in advance and avoid any confusion on the day.
Will there be a bag or key drop?
We have a free key drop service at all our running events.
Can spectators attend?
Spectators are more than welcome to come along and cheer you on for free of charge.
What if the course is too difficult? We have marshalls throughout the course to encourage and help you, they will also advise of alternative routes if there is a particular obstacle you don't feel confident with attempting. Please listen to the guidance provided by the Marshalls
